About Me
I’m an ACCA Finalist (9/13) and CA Intermediate candidate with a completed B.Com (Hons) in International Accounting & Finance from PES University, Bengaluru. My professional foundation combines accounting, finance, taxation and compliance with technology and analytical thinking. My academic journey has also been recognised through the Reliance Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship and the PES Distinction Award Scholarship for academic merit.
My professional development combines practical exposure across accounting, finance, taxation and compliance with a growing focus on technology and analytics. Through internships in professional-services and finance environments, I have gained hands-on experience in accounting records, GST and income-tax compliance, tax computations, statutory filings, financial information and audit-related documentation. Alongside this, I work with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Tally Prime and other finance and accounting tools, and have applied Python to an accounting automation project. I have also developed exposure to financial analysis, financial modelling, investment analysis and corporate finance through academic projects and professional simulations with organisations including Goldman Sachs, Accenture, JPMorgan Chase and PwC.
What particularly interests me is the intersection of finance and technology. I enjoy understanding financial processes end-to-end, identifying opportunities to improve them through technology, and approaching unfamiliar problems with structure and analytical thinking. Alongside my practical experience, I have developed a strong research orientation through seven publications spanning GST, fintech, banking, financial inclusion, corporate finance and blockchain auditing, as well as involvement in finance-focused initiatives and hackathons. I’m open to opportunities across Accounting, Finance, Audit, Tax and Compliance, where I can apply my existing foundation while developing deeper expertise and contributing meaningfully to the organisation I join.
